How we handle notices
- We review all notices within two business days of receipt.
- For complete and valid notices, we remove or disable access to the identified material expeditiously.
- We notify the affected user of the takedown so they may file a counter-notice under § 512(g) if appropriate.
- Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended in accordance with our policy.
Before you submit
Our public problem pages publish original video walkthroughs and worked solutions of equivalent replica problems that Accuity writes. Some pages also quote the assigned textbook question, under the heading “The textbook question”, so a student can confirm they have found the right problem. Wordings that students submit themselves (with their explicit consent) appear separately, under “How students have worded this problem”. If you believe a quoted textbook question, a student-submitted wording, or any other element infringes your rights, please identify the specific URL(s) below.
Penalty of perjury
Under § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Please file only if you have a good-faith basis for believing the material infringes a copyright you own or have the authority to act for.
